Return Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must be unworn and returned in their original packaging with the GRA certificate.

We provide a prepaid return label for all eligible orders. Simply request a return from your account or by contacting client care.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Prefer a different size or piece? We're happy to arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
